Pilates Classes

Classes are Mat based, with some type of Pilates prop used in most classes, e.g Ball, weights, Theraband, Magic Circle or Roller.

 

The class format varies each week and can follow a Classic or contemporary plan or occasionally a HIIT class.

Pilates classes can be modified to suit your ability level.

Class times:

Monday       5-6pm (Intermediate)

Tuesday      8:45-9:45am (Intermediate)

Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm (Beginners)

Friday          8:30-9:30am (Intermediate)

                    9:30-10:30am (Beginners)

The Barre class is set to music and is a full body, low impact workout. The class plan changes every 6 weeks.

 No dance experience needed.

Wednesday 9-10am (Open)
